1st Order with Cacti.com My first order the aloe was damaged. I sent email explaining and I was sent a replacement which I thought was wonderful. I appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service I received. I will be ordering again!!

A Great Nursery I have ordered several plants from this website and each time I received an order it was honest, helpful, and quick. In my most recent cacti addition, I ordered a plant which they did not have in stock but they did have the pups, so they sent me a delivery with extra pups, guidelines on how to grow them, and a personal letter apologizing for not being able to fill my order in full.
