I love Serra Gardens! I have bought from Serra Gardens several times. I live in AZ and our nursery items are limited due to our climate, so I don’t get to see some of these offers here in my hometown like someone in CA may get to see on a daily basis. Each time I have ordered I have received exceptional plants and 100% successful replanting of the plants and cuttings. Shipping is expected to cost a bit more since I have to order online to ship to AZ but the cost overall is still a bargain for me compared to other online sellers. Plants and cuttings are always very well sized for my overall cost. I will continue to do business with Serra Gardens and I would definitely recommend to others. I am glad I found them.

Great choice and quality Overall, you get a nice selection of exotic aloes, agaves and other succulents at a reasonable price especially for us here on the East Coast. And, the plants come packaged very well so you know you are getting quality products.

1st Order with Cacti.com My first order the aloe was damaged. I sent email explaining and I was sent a replacement which I thought was wonderful. I appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service I received. I will be ordering again!!

Special order Special order, was able to talk to a real person, Beth, who is amazing, friendly and helpful. I wanted very specific plants for bonsai, Beth took time to help me choose from many via FaceTime. Plants arrived safely with a hand written note. Im beyond happy with the personal level of service. And the plants? Huge, healthy, hard grown, big mature roots, impossible to find in this size. Great prices. Going back for more. Woo hoo!!
