Great customer service, quality product … I received great responses to email inquiries several months prior to purchasing the tree. When I ordered it, the process was smooth online. I received tracking information and was able to receive the tree in much less time than expected. Delivery was smooth and the tree is alive now, planted in our yard!

I placed my order online on 4/3/24 I placed my order online on 4/3/24, and recieved my order about 7 days later. I really wasn't happy with all the plants clumped together in 1 tangled rootball. It seems to me that it could have been shipped a little differently. I can see the banana plants being together, but I thought everything together was kind of sloppy. Not that big of a deal, but I purchased orders from Home Depot, Stark Bros, and FastGrowing Trees around the same time as Willis Orchards order, and each tree was separately packaged. Barefoot, and potted plants. I am happy with my order so far, but I do have 1 banana plant that's not doing good. I contacted customer service, and we'll see what gives.

Willis Orchard English Walnut Trees Will buy trees from Willis Orchard again. Bareroot Walnut trees were shipped at right time of year for planting in my growing zone. Trees appeared to be in relatively good shape after removal from package. Exteriors of roots were dry but roots remained flexible. Roots were packed in wet gel and taped up to retain moisture but dried out during shipment. I am confident "drying out" due to shipper delays - not Willis Orchards. Cambium at tip of both trees was green. I appreciate email notification shipment was on its way. Package collected at FEDEX Depot beat up on one end. I attribute that to rough handling during shipment. I planted the trees on January 27 (within 24 hours of pickup from FEDEX Depot). Both trees opened leaf buds week of March 10.

Pleased with delivery but skeptical about the health of the tree The delivery and packaging were great. However, I planted the bareroot tree about 1 month ago, and still no leaves. Is there something wrong?
