Ordered 9 banana plants on 4/15 Ordered 9 banana plants on 4/15, arrived in excellent shape 4 days later across the continent from Georgia to Southern California. All plants are in great shape. Roots were hydrated with some kind of hydration gel. Packaging was excellent, not a single damaged leaf. Oh the sizes are way bigger than 6 inches and the trunks are thick. Overall a very happy shopping experience. Price plus shipping averaged to about $26 for each plant and that is from east coast to west coast. I also bought from some other sellers in the west coast with free shipping, total price is similar per plant but they are way smaller than what I received from Willis.

One and Done 1 of four plants arrived on its last legs. Working hard to save. The other three look like they went through a hurricane in Puerto Rico. For the price, I have done much better at local nurseries. And they were on sale??!!???!

Gorgeous trees, so healthy!! These trees were delivered at the optimal time (late December) for healthy spring growth. I had a question about one not putting leaves on, and their exceptional customer service representative told me exactly what to do to help it. One week later the leaves were starting to show, and one month later it looks just like the other one. Friendly, knowledgeable and so polite!! I'll be ordering more this fall!!

Arbequina Olive tree… We purchased an Arbequina Olive tree from Willis Orchard. It was much healthier, taller and more full than I was expecting. It came in great condition and is thriving. When I called with questions, they were extremely friendly and helpful.

I placed my order online on 4/3/24 I placed my order online on 4/3/24, and recieved my order about 7 days later. I really wasn't happy with all the plants clumped together in 1 tangled rootball. It seems to me that it could have been shipped a little differently. I can see the banana plants being together, but I thought everything together was kind of sloppy. Not that big of a deal, but I purchased orders from Home Depot, Stark Bros, and FastGrowing Trees around the same time as Willis Orchards order, and each tree was separately packaged. Barefoot, and potted plants. I am happy with my order so far, but I do have 1 banana plant that's not doing good. I contacted customer service, and we'll see what gives.
