Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. It says 30 day money back guarantee. Well my dog won't eat it. He has cancer so I thought I would try this "human grade food". He didn't like it so when I finally got someone in customer service I was told I couldn't return it because I got a 40% discount...you can't call because they have no phone number so I have been chatting with a very rude Clyde. He basically told me to accept it that I can't return it and donate it to someone..in process of getting my money back thru my credit card .they said they will take legal action??? Seriously!!!

It's definitely higher priced but it… It's definitely higher priced but it has def helped my dogs. No more diarrhea and horrible gas

Still waiting for refund Canceled auto shipment that was never set up. Have no phone number to call. All emails or bots. They claim it was out for delivery. That was a lie. It was never picked up from company. Still waiting for my refund. Review will change once I receive my money back

I will never do business with Happy Howl again. Happy Howl has somehow put me on an automatic reorder every 2 weeks. I did not sign up for that. I have replied to their emails numerous times and gone on the website to customer service. It says they will respond within 24 hours and I have NEVER received a reply. My credit card is being charged $89. every 2 weeks. I have a dispute in for them currently and today there was another $89 charge on my credit card. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has non existent customer support. I had to have my credit card company block them in addition to filing a dispute of the charge.

Still no refund after returning product You owe me for $183.74 You can also declare up to $100 for any lost package. Update, Jan 5th 2023 After sending supplier a receipt with tracking number, stating supplier did receive the returned item as requested, I still have no refund and no food. It looks like filing a small claims in court may be my only option with this horrible company.
