Happy Howlers! We were having trouble getting Cooper to eat his full amount of food (dry kibble) from the time he was a puppy until now, at ~15 months. We had tried various incentives to get him to eat, all of which appeared to be short term solutions and non-sustainable. After introducing Cooper to Happy Howl we no longer have that problem! Cooper LOVES his food so much we now have the opposite problem and just bought him a slow feeder bowl! We could not be happier with our Happy Howl experience.

I will never do business with Happy Howl again. Happy Howl has somehow put me on an automatic reorder every 2 weeks. I did not sign up for that. I have replied to their emails numerous times and gone on the website to customer service. It says they will respond within 24 hours and I have NEVER received a reply. My credit card is being charged $89. every 2 weeks. I have a dispute in for them currently and today there was another $89 charge on my credit card. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has non existent customer support. I had to have my credit card company block them in addition to filing a dispute of the charge.

Outer packaging is weak. My only criticism is that the outer shipping package is poorly prepared. I've been buying the 18 pack (2 times) and when it arrives, it is partially opened and splitting at the seams! I'm surprised it hasn't split opened during the shipping/handling process. The outer carton is not heavy duty and the taping up is very sparse.

I was so delighted to see the spoon and… I was so delighted to see the spoon and baggy included. It really makes handling the boxes of that delicious dog food much easier. My very picky little girl has grown to love the dog food so well, that I am amazed at her increased interest and appetite. So relieving after trying so many foods where she turned up her nose and refused.
