Glass Room The installation of our glass was slightly delayed due to the aftermath of covid ie getting materials to our house. The installation went well the installation team were efficient and hardworking and in no time the Glass Room was up and finished. We have had a great time using the Glass Room. Lanai Awning Absolutely delighted with our Awning from Lanai, made to bespoke size and transformed the way we now use our lounge and patio area. The team from original visit, to installation and even accompanying the delivery driver to make sure all was in order was first class. Not the cheapest but quality has exceeded our expectations. Installation of glass roof and room thereafter Ours was an awkward installation requiring higher brackets and allowing for gas boiler flue. Initially a glass roof and thereafter completing the glass room. There were some delays but the customer service team kept us in the picture and the installation team got it right.

Ordered a Lanai Iris garden pod Ordered a brochure from other companies still waiting after two months. Lanai outdoor sent a Brochure within one hour. We decided to order the Iris outdoor pod, unbelievable customer support from the site visit and ordering to the instillation of the unit. First class replacement for tired wood framed doors. We had been searching for a suitable replacement for the dark hardwood sliding patio door between our conservatory and living room for a long time without success. Having seen Lanai products at Grand Designs Live at Excel London, we decided that the frameless sliding glass panels would be ideal. We are extremely pleased with the result which gives exactly the light and airy effect that we wanted. The product is of excellent quality and the installation was done to a high standard. The doors have been installed for more than two years and there have been no problems. We continue to be pleased with them.
