Everything arrived when we were told it… Everything arrived when we were told it would. The engineer and his crew worked tirelessly for two long days over a weekend. Everything was explained and checked with us every step of the way. The garden was left spotless with everything back in its rightful place before they left. We love our Iris pergola! Thank you.

Glass veranda enhances my outside space and really compliments my garden! I had 4 companies quote to install a glass veranda and while the price differential from Lanai wasn’t of note as all were selling Weinor with similar discounts etc, it was more the more personal approach from the team that stood out. I did have to wait longer than expected for the installation and so will really only enjoy the full benefits of the glass veranda next summer but can confirm that the installation team put in long hours to get the work done. Friendly, polite and tidy too! All positives in my view. This was a costly purchase but I have had great comments from friends and relatives and I look forward to really enjoying the space next summer. Thank you to the Lanai team…Josh, Jack, Angie, Liz and Aaron!

Electric Awning on rear of bungalow over sitting area Was recommended Lanai by a friend who had an awning fitted a couple of years ago. From concept to completion, it was done very professionally, No hard selling, we knew we could get it cheaper, but as I say to my customers, quality doesn't come cheap. Good communication about manufacturing product through to delivery, even fitted the awning on a Saturday to fit in with me. Installation team were excellent and didn't mind me watching them as I have been in the construction game all my working life. Really impressed with their fitting procedures and explanation of how it works. I would highly recommend Lanai to anyone needing an awning, or their other products Kind regards Neil & Diana Baird

Great experience in the purchasing… Great experience in the purchasing process. Amazing installation and the gutters were more than helpful after install by explaining how it all works. Usually you’d get installers rushing out the door! Costin was great.

I recently had a veranda installed and… I recently had a veranda installed and it's the best decision I've made for my outdoor space. It has been the perfect finishing touch to our garden and it now means we can enjoy it in all weathers. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, the team would always go above and beyond to help with any queries or questions I had. Looking forward to using them again in the future!
