Even from the start, there was no pushy sales approach or behaviour just simply advisory and professional. The installation day was quick. The guys were friendly, hard working and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the product! It’s of great quality but most importantly it fits perfectly to the space we needed it for and it is beautiful. Absolutely in love with my new pergola/veranda. Our Lanai Iris roof is fabulous. Thanks Lanai. We have had an Iris Lanai roof installed in January, this is fabulous, a great piece of engineering, a quality bespoke installation. The whole process from design, (you can choose the RAL colour), survey and installation was first class. An example of how a company should be operated. The installation will keep our outdoor furniture dry, and when the sun does shine we can be comfortable and control how much UV we receive. It is a superb addition to our house. First class replacement for tired wood framed doors. We had been searching for a suitable replacement for the dark hardwood sliding patio door between our conservatory and living room for a long time without success. Having seen Lanai products at Grand Designs Live at Excel London, we decided that the frameless sliding glass panels would be ideal. We are extremely pleased with the result which gives exactly the light and airy effect that we wanted. The product is of excellent quality and the installation was done to a high standard. The doors have been installed for more than two years and there have been no problems. We continue to be pleased with them.
