Great service and great product! The service from Lanai was great. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Even from the start, there was no pushy sales approach or behaviour just simply advisory and professional. The installation day was quick. The guys were friendly, hard working and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the product! It’s of great quality but most importantly it fits perfectly to the space we needed it for and it is beautiful. Absolutely in love with my new pergola/veranda. We would gladly recommend Lanai to all our friends and family.

Really great service every time, deffo recommend this company! They always responded in an efficient and timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. The actual work was carried out really well and the fitters were really polite, courteous and respectful to our property. Value for money was good, it was not a cheap job, but in comparison with other quotes was very competitive. Follow up was excellent too.

Lanai Awning Absolutely delighted with our Awning from Lanai, made to bespoke size and transformed the way we now use our lounge and patio area. The team from original visit, to installation and even accompanying the delivery driver to make sure all was in order was first class. Not the cheapest but quality has exceeded our expectations.
