I don't think I could design this in my mind without her giving me an idea. And what's more important you will never find such kinds of arrangements in whole foods or trader joes, they are super unique and custom made. She also explained in details how to take care of it and even gave me written instruction, quite straightforward. The orchids are still alive and in great shape.
