They offered me all options available and even went beyond by suggesting the delivery on the day of my sister's birthday celebration. The arrangement was so exquisite and so unique, even better than what I was looking for, as Alena has a great sense of what it would be like. I don't think I could design this in my mind without her giving me an idea. And what's more important you will never find such kinds of arrangements in whole foods or trader joes, they are super unique and custom made. She also explained in details how to take care of it and even gave me written instruction, quite straightforward. The orchids are still alive and in great shape. And the price is way better than in other floral stores I have ever worked with. Plus she also offers different payment options. Overall great experience, personal touch, overachieved the result and I will be coming back and definitely recommend Viva Orchids.
