From placing order to delivery was smooth and the promptness of shipment and communication throughout was flawless. This shed was originally out of stock but got the alert and was able to order right away before it sold out again. Amazing! Even when I had a hiccup upon final setup, they were quick to reply and share my feedback to the manufacturer. I would continue to purchase sheds from this company. Well done!

I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and… I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and asked for a few tweaks with slightly longer porch, glass one side etc. All of this was done with no fuss. Lad arrived when they said and fitted the shed as tightly as possible into a corner of the garden to allow maximum space for rest of a small garden. Its in situ a year now and is still absolutely perfect no issues and I have recommended them and would continue to do so.

Godawful instructions Does somebody have something against actual text instructions here? It was a real struggle trying to interpret the drawings in order to put this together. Also, it would be really helpful if the parts had stickers on them indicating which part they are. Four curse-filled hours later it was together. The shed looks good, but I was surprised that you just screw into the plastic. Hope it lasts.

Great time saver Instructions were very detailed with great illustrations. Overall the shed kit was a great time saver because everything is pre cut preciesly to size.

We bought Lifetime Playset w/tunnel We bought our daughter the Lifetime Playset with tunnel. It is very sturdy, fairly easy to assemble and it came in very quickly, even though things were slow during quarantine last year.
