I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and… I ordered a Summer Chalet 8 x 12 and asked for a few tweaks with slightly longer porch, glass one side etc. All of this was done with no fuss. Lad arrived when they said and fitted the shed as tightly as possible into a corner of the garden to allow maximum space for rest of a small garden. Its in situ a year now and is still absolutely perfect no issues and I have recommended them and would continue to do so.

Purchased a 12'×24' vinyl arrow shed… Purchased a 12'×24' vinyl arrow shed first mislead as to 8' walls only 8'@peak witch was not good but workable I've had 2 different contractors that had gotten as far as assembling trusses.from their they have both given up I was given an 800 number from parts & assembly department I have called 3 contractors they have worked with in past & was laughed at & told good luck I've also had posted on w websites cannot find a contractor to assemble now I have a $2,500. Pile of unusable parts & sheds for less wants to charge me a 25% fee for return on item that they sold me & is worthless. better business bureau is going to be contacted I don't have $2,500 to scrap sorry

I'm impressed Biggest $$ item I'd ever ordered online - almost $1800. Good customer communication helped me breathe a little easier. Turned out the unit I ordered was out of stock, and they offered an immediate refund - or wait 2 weeks for a new shipment. I decided to wait, and it turned out it was available sooner than promised. The local shipper was great too, easy to work with. Their earliest delivery date didn't work for me, so they scheduled another for a Friday afternoon. Was a little concerned about getting the pallet up by driveway, but the driver was most helpful, and put it right where I wanted it. Very nicely packed too. I'm a very happy customer!

Godawful instructions Does somebody have something against actual text instructions here? It was a real struggle trying to interpret the drawings in order to put this together. Also, it would be really helpful if the parts had stickers on them indicating which part they are. Four curse-filled hours later it was together. The shed looks good, but I was surprised that you just screw into the plastic. Hope it lasts.

Great product for good value. I have been considering this shed for over a year and the free shipping is what got me off the fence and ordering from Shedsforlessdirect.com. The shipment arrived when they said it would and the only reason for only four stars is because I haven't put it together yet and want to make sure it isn't damaged or missing any parts. I will attempt to update my rating later.
