GBUnacceptable experience Unacceptable experience. Conduct not rude, just indifferent. No place on Website listing process for return. When 800 number called, message stated to leave name, number for call back then promptly hung up. Finally reached someone who said I needed “approval” to send product back. Emailed me a letter of approval(?) no return sticker. It would cost more to send product back than I paid for it. Will not do business with this company again and would NOT recommend

GBIt was a pleasure doing business with the folks at Agrimart I needed special fittings at a reasonable price. Agri had the fittings at a small fraction of the cost of Amazon/Ebay/retail. The customer service was great and the shipping was reasonable. Even when we encountered a hiccup in the fulfilment process that caused a delay, they resolved the issue right away and got things back on track. The fittings arrived well-packed and were clearly quality parts. I'd order from them again in a heartbeat.

GBThe only issue we had was the fact that… The only issue we had was the fact that we had to sign for the tester and UPS did not notify us of a time and they made no effort to try to find us. We are dairy farmers and were in the barn milking at the time they should have dropped it off, and would not leave it.
