Customer Service I ordered the wrong part and the customer service rep was prompt and friendly when I called for a return number. The return was easy and correct part was ordered and quickly shipped.

The wait was a little longer The wait was a little longer than we had anticipated but generally we are very happy. They do sell quality products and the prices are much better than anywhere else around here so thanks a ton!

Great Customer Service I ordered Black poly tubing for a water softener. Black is sunlight resistant and clear or colored poly is not. When the order arrived I received green poly. I called customer service and they quickly recognized the problem and was going to resend the correct color at no additional charge. Unfortunately there was no black poly tubing available in their inventory. They refunded the entire order price to my credit card. Bottom line is that although I did not receive what I ordered, they were quick to recognize the problem and attempt to fix it. Customer service was great.

Specifications have no specifications. I was interested in a clamp that is evidently for a fertilizer spreader - for a completely different use. 3/4" Clamp Assembly (AA111-3/4). I presumed that a a 3/4 clamp would clamp to a 3/4 OD pipe. Instead the "3/4 clamp" clamps to a 1" to 1"+ pipe and has a 3/4" hole on an extension. Had it clamped to a 3/4 OD pipe with any size hole on the extension, the design was exactly what I needed. The online description was totally inadequate. In fact, under "Specifications", the only specification was "3/4", without saying what was specified. In an email Josh Harden maintained that the "TeeJet boom clamp .... mounts on a ¾” boom pipe" . It does not clamp to a 3/4" anything. Your specifications have no specifications. I bought 23. David Graham
