Ordering experience was very good, assisting staff very friendly and knowledgeable, trees came very fast, they were in great condition, very well packed. We planted them already and hope that they will grow as planned.

Trees were perfect. I ordered a Wolf River apple tree and there was a 'buy one get one free' deal going on. The website made sure to remind me that I could add an item for free which was very surprising. I ended up ordering two and they arrived in perfect condition which is impressive considering it traveled all the way to North Dakota. I would order from Nature Hills again.

Also, pricing was very reasonable. The packaging of our trees for shipment was the best that we have ever seen and they provided excellent planting instructions. Plants arrived on time without damage…trees are planted and thriving! Highly recommend Nature Hills Nursery!

Don't stand behind their products Just want to warn ANY potential buyers they do not stand behind their product, Purchased two cherry trees that were dry roots, both died they refused to replace them. These were lovely planted, watered, and well taken care of it. They never launched, grew, or got established, just died from week one. They were completely un helpful in providing a replacement for a non viable product. Go Elsewhere. If two trees do not grow there is a problem.

Pleased with several purchases. I have ordered several shrubs and… I have ordered several shrubs and perrenials from this company. Only one shrub arrived root-bound (leaves falling off after it was planted). I dug it up, took care of the roots, and replanted it. Watered it faithfully until new buds were seen. It responded slowly the first year. The second year, it was just as big and beautiful as the other dappled willow bushes I purchased. Though disappointed in the beginning, soon I was doing the Happy Dance. Will continue to purchase from this company.
