SCAM- ZERO STARS! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and as so many others.... received NOTHING! No confirmation receipt, no way of communicating with them- the 800 number is D/C, the Chat Line is disabled and the Support and "Richard" emails get ignored! But damn, my card was hit and charged within 3 seconds of the order. This is fraudulent business practice!!!!

Poor (non-realtime) customer service. Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

Beautiful bouquet of roses delivered right on time I ordered a bouquet of red roses from South Africa to be delivered to my daughter in a small town in Portugal on her birthday, the 8th of May. What a wonderful surprise I had when she sent me a photo of the beautiful fresh roses delivered early on the morning of her birthday!

Sending a Bouquet during Pandemic Time. My mom got her bouquet on the agreed date. This is an overseas order and it is a thrill that she receives flowers from somebody from afar. Also glad for Flora2000 to acknowledge my instruction to ensure my bouquet is clean and protected enough, for an old woman who is not yet vaccinated.

I’ve used this service three times now… I’ve used this service three times now each time has been problematic and stressful. The flowers never get delivered especially on time. They do a completely horrible job on keeping you updated if your order is cancelled or if there’s anything wrong with the order very bad experience, and if you want to save yourself, a whole load of stress and hassle and money I would not recommend using these guys
