Surprises and arrival...in a 'timely' fashion...! I have been able to utilize Flora2000.com for every occasion imaginable. From Birthdays, to VAlentine's Day regards, to Just because occasions...there are so many times to celebrate with family, even if they are not nearby in physical proximity, for the times being. Truly <33 their prompt deliveries and varieties to choose from. When you think of '..family', who do 'you' think of ?

The gap between the picture and the reality. I ordered from you website a beautiful… I ordered from you website a beautiful cherry blossom arrangement, very luxurious with flowers. What was delivered to the recipient was a skinny plant with one or two branches and one measly flower. I was horrified when she sent me a picture of it, which in no way resembled what I had ordered from you. This is the second time this has happened.

Poor (non-realtime) customer service. Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

What can I say What can I say? My partner loved the flowers. And to my eye, they were of very high quality, delivered quickly with zero problems
