GBPoor (non-realtime) customer service. Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

GBSurprises and arrival...in a 'timely' fashion...! I have been able to utilize Flora2000.com for every occasion imaginable. From Birthdays, to VAlentine's Day regards, to Just because occasions...there are so many times to celebrate with family, even if they are not nearby in physical proximity, for the times being. Truly <33 their prompt deliveries and varieties to choose from. When you think of '..family', who do 'you' think of ?

ZAWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. I trusted Flora2000 with delivery of a rather expensive bouquet of flowers on Valentines day. Firstly, their communication is automated, delayed and poor. Secondly, the flowers were never delivered. If a flower business cannot deliver flowers on the single most important day in their business then that goes to show how inefficient and terrible they are at business. Appalled.

GBSCAM- ZERO STARS! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and as so many others.... received NOTHING! No confirmation receipt, no way of communicating with them- the 800 number is D/C, the Chat Line is disabled and the Support and "Richard" emails get ignored! But damn, my card was hit and charged within 3 seconds of the order. This is fraudulent business practice!!!!

GBTrust these people Had a strange experience- with a missed delivery of flowers. This was explained fully. Flowers delivered to Crimea via UK the day after. It’s always an uncomfortable experience when you pay for something online to a new company and your goods are being delivered to another country. Highly recommended
