GBPoor (non-realtime) customer service. Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

GBI’ve used this service three times now… I’ve used this service three times now each time has been problematic and stressful. The flowers never get delivered especially on time. They do a completely horrible job on keeping you updated if your order is cancelled or if there’s anything wrong with the order very bad experience, and if you want to save yourself, a whole load of stress and hassle and money I would not recommend using these guys

AUPrompt delivery and excellent… Prompt delivery and excellent communication by email to notify us when the flowers had been delivered. The website was the clearest and easiest to follow when placing an order.
