GBPoor (non-realtime) customer service. Ordered a cake to be sent to recipient in another country. Bank account debited. Company emailed ‘We don’t know if you’re genuine, so have to speak to you’. After getting past that stage (even though bank accepted transaction without query), company sent email stating cake would be delivered. Second email came later saying cake would not be delivered due to location of recipient. Refund supposedly triggered (waits in anticipation). Real-time chat didn’t work and initial emails took hours to get response. This is not how to operate an international company’s customer service.

HKSending a Bouquet during Pandemic Time. My mom got her bouquet on the agreed date. This is an overseas order and it is a thrill that she receives flowers from somebody from afar. Also glad for Flora2000 to acknowledge my instruction to ensure my bouquet is clean and protected enough, for an old woman who is not yet vaccinated.

ZABeautiful bouquet of roses delivered right on time I ordered a bouquet of red roses from South Africa to be delivered to my daughter in a small town in Portugal on her birthday, the 8th of May. What a wonderful surprise I had when she sent me a photo of the beautiful fresh roses delivered early on the morning of her birthday!

GBTrust these people Had a strange experience- with a missed delivery of flowers. This was explained fully. Flowers delivered to Crimea via UK the day after. It’s always an uncomfortable experience when you pay for something online to a new company and your goods are being delivered to another country. Highly recommended
