Very good I bought pink roses from La fleur de luxe for my Mother's birthday, with the intention that she will be able to enjoy seeing fresh flowers all year round. I am very pleased with the service- easy to navigate through the website and got my special request fulfilled. My Mother was thrilled to receive such beautiful flowers! Recently i ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day Recently i ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day. Due to a computer glitch they were not delivered. I think everyone went online this year for obvious reasons. I give five stars though as their response to the problem was excellent. they responded to my email. I spoke to them and was offered either an immediate refund or for the flowers to be delivered the next day with a complimentary gift and an apology card to my mother. Good enough, after opting for the latter, they showed up at my mothers the next day. The flowers were beautiful and in a very generous quantity. So mum was very happy. I know that that the weekend proved difficult for so many companies with everyone suddenly going online. I am not sure many would have dealt with it so swiftly and decisively. A measure of a company is not just when all goes well , it is also on those rare occasions when it doesn’t. And that is why I give ‘ Fleur de Luxe ‘ five stars. I was treated well . They sorted it as fast as possible with extras. And I will definitely be using them again soon as I trust them . And the flowers were really beautiful .
