Flowers rectified quickly Flowers rectified quickly - they were beautiful. I ordered some flowers for my Grandma's birthday. They arrived a couple of days earlier than planned and they were pretty but some of the roses were dropped and the leaves were crispy. I emailed the company and sent a photo. They immediately said they would send a new bouquet out to her. They arrived within the next day or two. They were so much better and she loves them. Really happy with the service, it would have been nice for it to have been right the first time, but they solved the complaint quickly and I would order again.
