GBRecently i ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day Recently i ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day. Due to a computer glitch they were not delivered. I think everyone went online this year for obvious reasons. I give five stars though as their response to the problem was excellent. they responded to my email. I spoke to them and was offered either an immediate refund or for the flowers to be delivered the next day with a complimentary gift and an apology card to my mother. Good enough, after opting for the latter, they showed up at my mothers the next day. The flowers were beautiful and in a very generous quantity. So mum was very happy. I know that that the weekend proved difficult for so many companies with everyone suddenly going online. I am not sure many would have dealt with it so swiftly and decisively. A measure of a company is not just when all goes well , it is also on those rare occasions when it doesn’t. And that is why I give ‘ Fleur de Luxe ‘ five stars. I was treated well . They sorted it as fast as possible with extras. And I will definitely be using them again soon as I trust them . And the flowers were really beautiful .

GBFlowers rectified quickly Flowers rectified quickly - they were beautiful. I ordered some flowers for my Grandma's birthday. They arrived a couple of days earlier than planned and they were pretty but some of the roses were dropped and the leaves were crispy. I emailed the company and sent a photo. They immediately said they would send a new bouquet out to her. They arrived within the next day or two. They were so much better and she loves them. Really happy with the service, it would have been nice for it to have been right the first time, but they solved the complaint quickly and I would order again.

GBBought flowers for my granddaughter for… Bought flowers for my granddaughter for her 7th birthday as it’s lockdown so wanted to give her an extra treat, I didn’t want to pay too much and other florists can be really expensive. I spoke online the day of delivery to someone and asked if they would definitely be delivered on the day, they gave me an hour slot when they’d be delivered, when they came my son was out so the left them in the porch, they were in a big box then wrapped in lovely paper and then in a small pink box and the flowers were beautiful, definitely use them again.
