If I would have known that it was going… If I would have known that it was going to take weeks for my seeds to ship I would have not ordered. They say they're having delays due to COVID. I find it hard to believe that you would shut down or slow down seed sorting and distribution for COVID. Many places use COVID as an excuse to take their time on shipping. I will never order seeds from this website again.

I ordered seeds from Pinetree I ordered seeds from Pinetree. When shipping was delayed by weeks, I requested to cancel the order. I was not upset because Covid was stopping most things. I told them that I was done planting, but would order next year. I sent several emails and left a voice-mail. Today I received an email saying my order had shipped. They totally ignored my requests. The seeds will not be good by next year, so it is just wasted money.

Your catalogue doesn't give nearly the adequate directions that the Territorial catalogue does. It's hard to know how to grow your seeds. You told me one of my credit cards didn't pay for my purchase. I used a different card and it worked. There was nothing wrong with the original card.

Pinetree has always been very friendly … Pinetree has always been very friendly and responsive when I've had a question. I like the fact that you can get packets with a smaller number of seeds than some other seed companies. This year and last year I've had problems with some seeds not coming up (particularly various greens). I'm not sure if it has something to do with my soil or the weather, so I'll try again next year. Except for this issue, I would have given 5 stars.
