Great Products ... *WHEN* they ship I have a Pico and Picomax from Altifarm Verde. Both are honestly *awesome* products, so I ordered an Herbstation which has a "certified shipping within 48 hours" tag on the website (still as of today, Apr.25th) and the order is still "unfulfilled". Their communication has been mostly "yeah .. we got some problems with delivery". That's somewhat understandable, but after two months they still claimed "48 hours shipping". Anyway, after writing a scathing review here they finally shipped my Herbstation within a couple of days,though sadly with a US plug instead of a European. They should at least update their website with a "may or may not ship within the current fiscal year" tag and automatically keep their customers informed about problems, ESPECIALLY if they are not at fault (check Valco for some great ways to do that!) As I said, the shipping problems aside, their products are really awesome.

Scam Scam. Take your money and don't communicate with you about kickstarter project or with anyone since June 2023 but can post everywhere for their social media? Product never arrived in 2022 like it was supposed to. DO NOT support. And if you want to chance it, make sure you report fraud to your credit card company before the cutoff date or you will not be able to get it refunded.

Money gone, no product Backed their Kickstarter in august 2020, received a last update in June 2022 saying "Your order is in the shipping queue you shall receive a confirmation mail from FedEx once the tracking number is generated. Thank you." Never heard anything again. No product, no refund. While they're still selling and launching new products. Big scam.

Replacement stand I just got a replacement stand for my Herbstation. As always, I love this brand and its innovation for my plants and honestly, having so many everywhere in the house with Pico also grounds me mentally. The best therapy session is looking at my plants alive!

Needs to focus on delivering their current project before moving on Altifarm has made several claims about when their items would ship both to the community and even me personally (they claimed my order would ship within a day but 21 days later there was still no movement). Instead of working on their current problems they are continuing to shill their next projects.
