GBReceived dead plants, refund not yet received.... Received 2 clearly dead, dried up blue globe thistle bare roots (no viable roots, dark and loose in bag),,,,,Notified company by email, was asked to send photos so they could "decide" how to proceed....have not heard back, called them and was told last weeks email were still being read...? In spite of 100% guarantee, cust serv.today said item was on sale, unlikely to receive full refund, may just be credit...After reading all the negative reviews from past customers,I do not want a credit, just full refund...these were dead when shipped, noone even checked the viability prior to shipping to me....will open case with Paypal for refund if not resolved in next 2 days....ALWAYS read reviews prior to ordering online!

GBI tried to make this work I spent $51 on a variety box of chilled bulbs "suitable for indoor forcing". Only 2 of the bulbs bloomed; producing sickly looking spindly flowers, not healthy blooms. The rest never grew roots. After 5 emails to customer service: TulipWorld refuses to refund my credit card, instead offering to give me merchandise credit. Unfortunately, they only sell bulbs. After my experience, and after reading other reviews, the last thing I want is more of these bulbs.

GBDon't use this Company I placed an order with Tulip World (parent company is Holland Bulb Farms) in July 2023 for 8 separate items for a total of $76. Only 2 of the corms/bulbs are still viable (alive). I contacted Tulip World today (3/6/24). The rep told me the products were only guaranteed until October 2023. Any gardener knows that perennial bulbs/corms don't always show that quickly. This company does not stand behind their product clearly.

GBI have been very happy with my multiple… I have been very happy with my multiple purchases from Tulip World. At first I was hesitant after reading various negative reviews but found no evidence of any disappointments. I ordered 25 freesia bulbs, 20 dahlia tubers and 32 hyacinth bulbs in four separate shipments. Both freesias and hyacinths came on time and in excellent condition, all plump and healthy. The dahlias are due to be shipped in mid-March for Spring planting. In addition, I've found that Tulip World has the best prices and beautiful selections. So far so good as they have all been planted in the ground for my Spring garden.

GBI was very skeptical at first since I… I was very skeptical at first since I ordered crocus and hyacinth bulbs in Sept. and they didn't arrive until mid November. We planted them nonetheless and, surprisingly, they all came up. However the very best part was that these yellow crocuses did not "wilt' in the rain! Their stems were strong and they lasted in flower for quite a while! I was pretty surprised! The hyacinths performed well also.
