THE SITE IS A SCAM! I placed the order weeks in advance and immediately tried to update the shipping date as I learned my mom won't be there to receive the flowers and was told that the delivery has already been processed and they will not be able to update the delivery or process cancelations. I even paid extra to have it delivered before noon and it was not delivered. I called customer service and they couldn't give me a time frame of the delivery. DO NOT DO IT. Flowers were delivered an hour after closing, worst experience ever. The recipient didn't even receive them in time before leaving out of town and they want to offer 30% off a future order. I'll never use this company or recommend it. Not enough flowers we paid for the deluxe and it looks basic, business hours between 8-and 4 they delivered at 5:30 pm just all around wrong.
