GBI inadvertently ordered roses sent to… I inadvertently ordered roses sent to the wrong address. After going online to change address, I was directed to From You Flowers. After speaking to the initial rep, I was transferred to a supervisor. She listened to my issue, asked a few questions, and, as a courtesy, advised they will send a second order of roses to the correct address at no charge. She was professional, kind, and solved my problem quickly. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you From You Flowers!

DKAll around a total FAIL The only reason they get 1 star is because they were easy to chat with and handle getting my money back. Other than that it would be 0 stars. I ordered blue orchids for my mom. They arrived with the top snapped off. She later sees that the care instructions say the orchids are dyed (I am not sure if this is common knowledge but I thought the orchids naturally produced blue petals) Nowhere does it state that the petals are dyed and once they fall it will be a generic orchid that costs $90 I do not think so!

GBI'm in Michigan and placed a flower… I'm in Michigan and placed a flower order to my daughter in Vegas to be delivered for her birthday. I even paid extra to have it delivered before noon and it was not delivered. I called customer service and they couldn't give me a time frame of the delivery. She credited me 4.99 o Lu for the inconvenience. Next time I deliver flowers I'll call a different company. Maybe they will show some professionalism!

GBDO NOT DO IT. Flowers were delivered an hour after closing, worst experience ever. The recipient didn't even receive them in time before leaving out of town and they want to offer 30% off a future order. I'll never use this company or recommend it. Not enough flowers we paid for the deluxe and it looks basic, business hours between 8-and 4 they delivered at 5:30 pm just all around wrong.

GBLies about delivery dates Placed an order last week for a bouquet of lilies for my wife's birthday. According to their website the flowers were out for delivery but I checked the tracking number through UPS and it said they were updated 2 days ago that they wouldn't be delivered until the following day. Contacted the company and their solution was a 10$ discount on my next order. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time or money here.
