Actually the business is terrible. and expensive. and did not deliver on the promised day. And flowers were old. And they credited me for the same day charge and the late delivery. But not to my charge card but a credit to spend more money with them. THE person FORGOT to tell me that aspect. I agree. Call your local florist No matter what the discount is

I inadvertently ordered roses sent to… I inadvertently ordered roses sent to the wrong address. After going online to change address, I was directed to From You Flowers. After speaking to the initial rep, I was transferred to a supervisor. She listened to my issue, asked a few questions, and, as a courtesy, advised they will send a second order of roses to the correct address at no charge. She was professional, kind, and solved my problem quickly. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you From You Flowers!
