GBEquipatron was Great! Post office sucks! Equipatron was Great, Correct part, well packaged and would have been on time if the Post Office had not dropped the ball. Spent 2 extra days running this package down as they put it in the wrong mailbox. Luckily it was put in a neighbors box and he knew me.

GBWorth $138 to alienate a customer Bought something through ebay. This company shipped it. Ordered the wrong size. Tried to initiate the return through ebay and could not. First person I called at equipatron said they were "initiating the return process, and I would receive an email" Waited a week, called back. Was told I had to deal with ebay. If it was worth the $138 to alienate a first time customer, and turn them into a one time customer that shares (good and bad) experiences, congratulations! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

GBI like his knowledgeable and courteous phone staff thats why I am giving a good rating! If you are looking for a new engine or parts call Equipatron they have knowledgeable and courteous phone staff. Its very hard to find companies like that today, if you speak to someoneyou like make sure to get their name ad aske for that person even if tey do not get a commission. You spoke to them they know what you asked and you don not have to explain it all over again, at least thats the way I like it.
