Worth $138 to alienate a customer Bought something through ebay. This company shipped it. Ordered the wrong size. Tried to initiate the return through ebay and could not. First person I called at equipatron said they were "initiating the return process, and I would receive an email" Waited a week, called back. Was told I had to deal with ebay. If it was worth the $138 to alienate a first time customer, and turn them into a one time customer that shares (good and bad) experiences, congratulations! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
