GBDo not buy anything from this company Do not buy anything from this company, they do not stand behind the customer, no customer service. Ordered Easter Roses supposed to be delivered 03/29/2024 wasn’t delivered until 04/01/2024 customs held the delivery, Fed Ex called me , Flower Explosions tried to say it was weather delayed and that was beyond their control, only after they found out I threw the delivery away did they say I could have taken pictures of the flowers and the shipping label and the could have possibly exchanged the product. I told them I’ve three 84.00 dollars away before and would probably throw that away again, but I promised them not with their company, sorry company, sorry customer service. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied. D. Locklear

GBI had high hopes for the company I had high hopes for the company. I usually order my flowers from the bouqs, but decided to try this company. Well that was a huge mistake. Most flower companies overnight the flowers so they arrive in excellent condition. This company shipped them 4 days earlier then the date I requested. Which means they have been in FedEx limbo for 4 days...no doubt they will not arrive in excellent condition. And have been trying to get on the website for two days to leave a review and get the number for customer service, but it for some strange reason it is no longer working. Please stay away from this company and if you want beautiful flowers order the from the bouqs.

GBWorst experience ever with online… Worst experience ever with online flowers! Ordered floral for a wedding and what I got was brown and smashed. Looked nothing like what I ordered! Customer service is a joke! They did nothing to help and would not even call me back! They sent emails after they had closed and made it impossible to communicate in real time! Cost me an extra $200 to find a replacement. Find your flowers elsewhere!

GBMy experience with Flowers Explosion… My experience with Flowers Explosion Was horrible. I ordered 24 Black Opal Roses. It asked me the date that I needed the roses by and they sent the roses two days earlier which wasn’t my actual address because I was sending them to a hotel as a birthday surprise. Once I opened the box the flowers only had 12 in it when I paid for 24. I emailed and asked for the 24 to be sent to my address. I didn’t specifically say which roses I needed but common sense would tell you to send the same roses back with 24. They sent the wrong roses and I asked for a refund and management stated there would be no refund due to me not stating I wanted to same roses. This was a horrible experience DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.
