I ordered 2 dozen roses a full 20 days before Valentine’s Day and was supposed to have them delivered 4 days before actual Valentine’s Day and instead of flowers I received an email saying that the flowers were not coming and my order was cancelled due to a delay in airlines.. I called fed ex international priority direct distribution and they informed me there were no delays. So all Flower Explosion will sell you is lies and disappointment. Do not trust this company if you need your l flowers on time or for any special occasion. They won’t come

Do not buy anything from this company Do not buy anything from this company, they do not stand behind the customer, no customer service. Ordered Easter Roses supposed to be delivered 03/29/2024 wasn’t delivered until 04/01/2024 customs held the delivery, Fed Ex called me , Flower Explosions tried to say it was weather delayed and that was beyond their control, only after they found out I threw the delivery away did they say I could have taken pictures of the flowers and the shipping label and the could have possibly exchanged the product. I told them I’ve three 84.00 dollars away before and would probably throw that away again, but I promised them not with their company, sorry company, sorry customer service. Horrible company Horrible company, shady practices, and abysmal customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. I still do not have the flowers I ordered, a week after the delivery date. This company refuses to refund me because of what they view is "implied", not actually stated in their terms of service.

Excellent Experience. I ordered Premium Roses petals for my daughter's reception and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased! I decorated 25 tables with the petals and then had enough to use them on the cake table, the toasting table and the buffet table with 2 bags unopened. After the reception they were still beautiful (at least 8 hours of being out of the refrigerator) and the bridesmaids all took some home to dry them and use in pomanders and sachets. Had MANY compliments. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Patriotic Roses I ordered American Flag roses for Memorial Day for our son, USMC Cpl Zachary Wegener, who is interred at Arlington National Cemetery. The roses where beautiful and arrived on time Friday, May 22,2020, and still looked absolutely stunning on Monday, May 25th after traveling many hours in heat. These roses super exceeded my expectations of what they would look like, and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend Flowers Explosions to anyone!
