I got a prompt response with direction, telling me to place another order and they'd drop the 2nd delivery charge and add to the other order (due to tech constraints. Cool, right? The plants, of course, are lovely. Great experience. Will order again.

Plants + Customer Service Plants + Customer Service I ordered over 20 perennials during a free shipping promotion. I discovered US Perennials while doing a google search but was hesitant to order from a company I didn't know. I found some good reviews so I placed an order. I noticed the total included $50 shipping so I sent an email to the company. They gave me full credit for the shipping charges. The plants travelled at least two days in a dark and likely hot truck. These were the best packaged plants I've ever received. Not a single one was damaged. A few looked a little frazzled from the trip but have since been planted and all are doing well. I highly recommend this company!

The quality of the stock is excellent The quality of the stock is excellent. They won't sell it unless it is an excellent speciimen. They typically go an extra mile for a customer, often without even asking. It is a pleasure to be able to trust your nursery not to cut corners of any descripton.
