She reached out when the cutting had a dent and offered an extra cutting for the inconvenience. I was going to chop up the plant anyway to make a fuller pot, so the extra was quite a surprise. Everything is Awesome Customer service is excellent. The owner will communicate with you from before making a purchase to the arrival time of purchase. Not only that, if you reach out afterwards, she responds immediately. Every plant except one that I've received has survived and is thriving. Plants are beautiful and healthy. It's almost like they're guaranteed to live. Although the plant that I'd lost after having it for months (my fault), she still replaced it! Not many people would do that. Your plant shop gets 10 out of 5 stars from me.

As always, the communication, customer service, and plant quality was OUTSTANDING! Packaging was impeccable. The pictures never seem to do the plants any kind of justice. The pictures of the plants are always perfect and you think there’s no way the plants could be any prettier, but they ALWAYS are. I highly recommend buying from this store and love referring friends.
