10/10 Customer service 10 out of 10 Plants were perfectly wrapped and stayed in place while shipping. I got a free gift and stickers and I always appreciate a cute box 🎁 I will be buying from this amazing store again. Owner was so kind and quick to respond to my message.

Amazing on all fronts! The packaging was PHENOMENAL!! Couldn’t recommend more. The shipping was nice and quick, and the plants are perfect, no hint of leaf damage at all. The substrate is still moist without being sopping, and the roots look fantastic. Thank you!

I'm not new to buying plants and I have to say, I think the way she packaged hers are the best I've seen (for both the plant and for the buyer)! She is also incredibly sweet and communicative, and even sent me a beautiful free plant as a gift! The plant itself has the best variegation I've seen on a syngonium scrambled egg, and the prices of her plants are very very reasonable. I 100% would recommend buying from here and I would absolutely purchase from her again.

Everything is Awesome Customer service is excellent. The owner will communicate with you from before making a purchase to the arrival time of purchase. Not only that, if you reach out afterwards, she responds immediately. Every plant except one that I've received has survived and is thriving. Plants are beautiful and healthy. It's almost like they're guaranteed to live. Although the plant that I'd lost after having it for months (my fault), she still replaced it! Not many people would do that. Your plant shop gets 10 out of 5 stars from me.
