GBWe love Slomin's We love Slomin's. We had it for 8 years in our previous house and when we moved recently, I knew I wanted to reinstall it. It took a little longer than I'd like to set up the install (about 3 weeks to get it installed) so I didn't sleep as soundly during those nights but last night I slept like a baby, knowing it was on and running! The person installing was great, knowledgeable and quick. The only part I wish was different was the appointment time is 4 hours long and there was no time slot for when my appointment was. I got an email the day prior saying the next day was my appointment but there was no time listed on it. When I called the morning of, it still didn't give me a time. I took off work not wanting to miss them and they didn't come until after 2pm which is when I'm done with work so I wish there was a way to give you a better time estimate so you aren't sitting around all day waiting. But everything else is great and I'm happy with my service.

GBUpgrade of our alarm system We had our alarm system upgraded yesterday. "John" from Slomin's did a perfect, neat installation. He then took his time, with much patience, explaining the operation of the system to two not to tech savvy Seniors! He should be commended!

GBThe technician that came over to… The technician that came over to replace my keypad on my alarm system for an upgrade, persuaded me not to get one saying that it was no different than the one I have currently and because of that, I didn’t get the upgrade. Instead of me agreeing, I should have had him install it anyway because that was his job.
