DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Awful, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am currently still in the process of trying to get a refund. I ordered a sintered stone table from them not too long ago. The tabletop came with some scratches so I asked them to send me a replacement. Not only did they say the scratches weren’t that bad and tried not to send me a replacement, but it took them a month to finally send the replacement, only it to be the wrong one. I have since asked for a full refund because of their mess up and they are being EXTREMELY difficult with the entire situation. If you like to gamble, buy your stuff from here. If you just want to purchase quality furniture from a quality business, this is NOT the place.

Good customer service Really beautiful furniture. Had one problem with my order that I did not get a confirmation note and couldn’t see it but as soon as I mentioned this I got an answer within a few hours. They even called me from the US to Germany to resolve the matter and cleared everything up about me not seeing my order. Now I can track it in my online account and am looking forward to receiving the TV stand. Had a really good experience with the customer service via mail and a nice conversation on the phone. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the website says that the company is based in Germany although I found out after ordering that it is in America.

This company is a scam I ordered a bed 1/30/24 2 months later they contact me to tell me the color I ordered had been discontinued but they have the same bed in blue. I agreed with this, a few weeks later I received the sides of the bed. That is all I received. When I contacted the company they said it was a factory mistake. I have been trying to get a refund and for them to come get the sides of the bed and they are sending me a label so that I have to pay for a truck to get it to a shipping location. Don't buy from this company!

Wan(SP?) was courteous Wan(SP?) was courteous , knowledgeable and professional when helping regarding the questions on delivery and time frame for receipt of my items . He also allowed me to receive the original discount I had been offered the previous day when I put the items on hold. I did not want to purchase until I had a better idea on receipt of goods.
