GBI liked the style and having discount… I liked the style and having discount codes help. Ordering was easy but you may want to improve the description because there was no information for the cabinets behind the wood doors. Consider including a picture with all doors, drawers opened.

GBWan(SP?) was courteous Wan(SP?) was courteous , knowledgeable and professional when helping regarding the questions on delivery and time frame for receipt of my items . He also allowed me to receive the original discount I had been offered the previous day when I put the items on hold. I did not want to purchase until I had a better idea on receipt of goods.

GBCompany is almost impossible to deal… Company is almost impossible to deal with customer service is horiffic given one quote for white glove delivery then revised by another service rep...when paid for upgrade information not forwarded to warehouse...another call to povision and the customer service rep then tells me about older emails sent to me...ludicrous no update on my payment which I have confirmation of.still no update on delivery..this company is preposterous An update the company resolved the issues and it seems things have moved forward on the right track Furniture arrived most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat in..want to return it customer service said they will help but never followed up with an email they promised...stay away Company was willing to offer a compromise instead of a refund ( I don't have original boxing materials ) they offered 5% off on another purchase and a fake plant. My business has ended with this company officially
