Good customer service Really beautiful furniture. Had one problem with my order that I did not get a confirmation note and couldn’t see it but as soon as I mentioned this I got an answer within a few hours. They even called me from the US to Germany to resolve the matter and cleared everything up about me not seeing my order. Now I can track it in my online account and am looking forward to receiving the TV stand. Had a really good experience with the customer service via mail and a nice conversation on the phone. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the website says that the company is based in Germany although I found out after ordering that it is in America.

Company is almost impossible to deal… Company is almost impossible to deal with customer service is horiffic given one quote for white glove delivery then revised by another service rep...when paid for upgrade information not forwarded to warehouse...another call to povision and the customer service rep then tells me about older emails sent to me...ludicrous no update on my payment which I have confirmation of.still no update on delivery..this company is preposterous An update the company resolved the issues and it seems things have moved forward on the right track Furniture arrived most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat in..want to return it customer service said they will help but never followed up with an email they promised...stay away Company was willing to offer a compromise instead of a refund ( I don't have original boxing materials ) they offered 5% off on another purchase and a fake plant. My business has ended with this company officially

Quality over Quantity Purchased a floating modern TV stand and went big and let me tell you it is a game changer to my place the always receives compliments everytime I have guest over. It really establishes itself as a vocal point to my place and asserts a dominant presence just with how sturdy it is. The packaging/shipping was well put together and didn't have any issues with, you can just tell they assemble real high quality parts together with their furniture. Also the customer support gave me a discount after the fact when I noticed it on sale a week later with an inquiry! You can't beat that support right there 5 stars imo!

This company is a scam I ordered a bed 1/30/24 2 months later they contact me to tell me the color I ordered had been discontinued but they have the same bed in blue. I agreed with this, a few weeks later I received the sides of the bed. That is all I received. When I contacted the company they said it was a factory mistake. I have been trying to get a refund and for them to come get the sides of the bed and they are sending me a label so that I have to pay for a truck to get it to a shipping location. Don't buy from this company!
