USI paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping I paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping. It has been over a week and the item still hasn't arrived. Don't charge exorbitant shipping prices for services that you can't even fulfill.

USGreat tee selection Great tee selection, but worthless as they ship through DHL and you're unlikely to get your order. Their customer service was unhelpful. Be sure to purchase insurance on your order.

DEPlease talk to DHL... The one star reduction isn't really on you, other than you could have a word with DHL. They consistently report your packages as "delivery attempted" yet never tell me where I can pick them up until I call them. Your product and service is excellent.
