GBI ignored the first request to review… I ignored the first request to review the products that still haven't even shipped. I'd appreciate some kind of a timeline and not being bugged to review something I haven't received. Update: turns out the tracking wasn't updating. Posters came out great. Still knocking a star of for being bugged about reviewing.

DEPlease talk to DHL... The one star reduction isn't really on you, other than you could have a word with DHL. They consistently report your packages as "delivery attempted" yet never tell me where I can pick them up until I call them. Your product and service is excellent.
