Your tank tops are definitely made of thinner materials and they're just noticeably more cheap. Not happy about it, wish you guys would switch back. Follow-up: I appreciate that you take customer service seriously. And I'm sorry to protest, but you're wrong. I can show you a side by side photo comparison if you're interested in the truth. They are much thinner material now

DEPlease talk to DHL... The one star reduction isn't really on you, other than you could have a word with DHL. They consistently report your packages as "delivery attempted" yet never tell me where I can pick them up until I call them. Your product and service is excellent.

GBI paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping I paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping. It has been over a week and the item still hasn't arrived. Don't charge exorbitant shipping prices for services that you can't even fulfill.
