Well i have no complaints except for… Well i have no complaints except for maybe one and that being when you make or match an offer you should tell the customer that the offer is good only if the vehicle has a cat...i know my vehicle was worth at least what i was asking and was agreed to and then would have been a good time to let me know the offer was only good if it had the cat...cause to change the offer to $200 from $400 then agree to $300 i think was kinda messed up but other than that no complaints

The dispatcher called me to let me know that the driver was running 30 minutes late, the tow truck came within the 30 minutes!!! it was a quick process!, and the driver handed me cash for vehicle. I have to say!, These guys are real pros!!!!, I will use cash for cars again, I was totally satisfied!, And I highly recommend them!!!!!
