I wanted to sell my 2004 mountaineer… I wanted to sell my 2004 mountaineer suv!,, which has high mileage, and a transmission that’s not worth fixing!, so I googled, I want to sell my junk vehicle, I saw the ad for cash for cars!, I logged on from my cell phone, filled out a quick questionnaire, about my vehicle for sale. The model,year,mileage, color, condition,ect…, and location!, and instantly they gave me an offer!, That was fair!, And included Free towing!!! within a few minutes, I received a phone call, from the company, the gentleman was totally professional!, Give me a time window, for the next day, the tow truck will receive my vehicle. The dispatcher called me to let me know that the driver was running 30 minutes late, the tow truck came within the 30 minutes!!! it was a quick process!, and the driver handed me cash for vehicle. I have to say!, These guys are real pros!!!!, I will use cash for cars again, I was totally satisfied!, And I highly recommend them!!!!!

Well i have no complaints except for… Well i have no complaints except for maybe one and that being when you make or match an offer you should tell the customer that the offer is good only if the vehicle has a cat...i know my vehicle was worth at least what i was asking and was agreed to and then would have been a good time to let me know the offer was only good if it had the cat...cause to change the offer to $200 from $400 then agree to $300 i think was kinda messed up but other than that no complaints

The people at the office explained what I needed to do before the driver arrived to pick up the automobile. The driver was courteous and professional. There were absolutely no problems. I handed the driver the signed car title and he handed me a check. The tow driver assisted me with driving the car to the edge of the road so he could tow it away. Thank you for everything.
