Offer given online is the same offer the pick up company will give you as long as the car meets the specifications that were input online. Once they confirm they have you sign, hand you a sealed envelope, and haul the old away.

Well i have no complaints except for… Well i have no complaints except for maybe one and that being when you make or match an offer you should tell the customer that the offer is good only if the vehicle has a cat...i know my vehicle was worth at least what i was asking and was agreed to and then would have been a good time to let me know the offer was only good if it had the cat...cause to change the offer to $200 from $400 then agree to $300 i think was kinda messed up but other than that no complaints
