Well i have no complaints except for… Well i have no complaints except for maybe one and that being when you make or match an offer you should tell the customer that the offer is good only if the vehicle has a cat...i know my vehicle was worth at least what i was asking and was agreed to and then would have been a good time to let me know the offer was only good if it had the cat...cause to change the offer to $200 from $400 then agree to $300 i think was kinda messed up but other than that no complaints

They handle my situation in an… They handle my situation in an extremely professional manner. There was no guessing involved. The people at the office explained what I needed to do before the driver arrived to pick up the automobile. The driver was courteous and professional. There were absolutely no problems. I handed the driver the signed car title and he handed me a check. The tow driver assisted me with driving the car to the edge of the road so he could tow it away. Thank you for everything.

Quick & professional! Very quick, amazing experience! I needed to junk my old Nissan Rogue the day I was leaving for a vacation & Beth was able to accommodate my eagerness to get rid of my vehicle less than 30 hours after I made the request. Would recommend to anybody trying to junk a car QUICKLY.
