Amazing service, easy return! I initially ordered a red wall paper from the on-line store and upon delivery noticed that it was a little too orange for our purposes. I called the phone number listed and was connected directly to Jim. I described to Jim what I was looking for, and he looked up my order so he could see what I didn't want...and walked the warehouse floor to find three options for me with a better color. He even made the effort to find me a "close-out" paper so I saved money. The return of the original paper was a piece of cake, and Jim called me the next day with new options and reasonable shipping choices--got my kitchen renovation right back on track! I can't believe the customer service--I felt like a movie star with a personal interior decorator! Thanks Jim!

Sample Order Process I am always pleased when interacting with The Fabric Company. Order placement on line is easy and the products are delivered promptly. I papered two walls of a very large bathroom last summer and made the paper selection after sample review. I spoke with your staff about the amount of paper needed and about questions regarding sample types.
