USThe roses are so healthy and arrived in perfect condition. The roses were packaged really well and arrived perfectly intact. I followed the instructions from the video and amended the soil as suggested. The soil is beautiful (we have red clay here) and the roses are putting out new growth already. I had tried to contact you prior to ordering and I never got through via phone or email. That was my only concern.
