Outstanding customer service I somehow didn't finish an order that I thought I had. When I questioned why I hadn't received my order, they quickly got back to me with what had happened and got me my order in time for my party. Outstanding customer service and was very happy with my carafe as well.

Amazing customer service, great product. 2/3 of the products shipped and were great. 1 of them was damaged from shipping, but within minutes of me contacting the company, the owner called me, apologized, and provided me with a tracking number for a replacement item that he overnighted. The customer service experience made it almost even better than just received the product in perfect condition in the first place. Great product. Great team.

Happy shopping I ordered glass, animal-shaped salt & pepper shakers (mice for myself, & cats for my sister-in-law, next purchase--the hedgehogs?) for Christmas. The customer service rep told me the cats were "new, in today" and that they're "ridiculously adorable!!" I said I hope the recipient of the gift is that enthused--because, now I certainly am!! They were packaged very well and I find myself using the same adjectives to describe them. I can hardly wait for Christmas, for her to see them!?😊
