Five Star experience! We upgraded our flooring to hardwood from carpet. Dalton Carpet One did an amazing work from beginning to an end throughout the process delivering an excellent quality of work. Flooring Consultant Paul Deaton made sure whole transaction ran smooth even though we had to reschedule and all. We really appreciate his wonderful customer service skill making us feel our project was his top priority. Because of him and his staff, this project went on nice and smooth all the way. We are so happy with this project, now we want to get our bath room upgrade done through Dalton Carpet One. The boss is very happy! Everyone was professional. Paul Dennis couldn't have been more helpful and gave us great advice. He took the extra time to measure and come up with the best way to install. The installers were on time, worked fast and did a magnificent job on the install. They were also very kind and even helped us move a piece of furniture that wasn't a part of the install.
