He asked us questions about our wants and desires regarding our renovation project then he provided options that we didn't expect due to budget concerns. The carpet and look we got far exceeded our expectations. We will gladly share our experience with others.

We were extremely pleased with everyone … We were extremely pleased with everyone associated with Daltons product and service. Angela and JR did a great job in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for. The installers were very prompt, courteous, careful not to do any damage when moving the furniture, and always cleaned up after work was done for the day. We really like our new floors and would recommend them to anyone.

Total satisfaction! All the people at Dalton Carpet One were not only professional but could not have been more accommodating with our flooring & our carpet. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to keep changing our date of installation & not once did they complain about storing it or changing their schedule. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

Nice Carpet from Good People The carpet is cushy and nice. The installers were great. They laid the whole house in one day that was amazing! (They stayed 14.5 hours until it was done.) I do wish they'd left some big scrap pieces. We have none. And I'm still looking for different items they tucked away in strange places. Example: I have yet to find a rubber mat that I used under my mop steam cleaner. Our salesman Paul was friendly and helpful. The finance manager is very helpful, prompt and she resolves issues very quickly!

Good experience on short notice The consultant was excellent and accommodating, given we were coordinating replacing a waterbed mattress and carpet. They were able to do our install on short notice with our first choice of carpet. The installers did a great job on installing the carpet and moving furniture, except the headboard which should have been taken apart some, in not doing that the pieces torqued and broke the glass and scratched the wood. We knew the headboard was heavy and discussed its handling with the consultant, but the installers did not seem aware of that, having a third person along may have avoided this situation.
