Worked with Dalton on our kitchen GReat experience working with Lauren Harrell on our kitchen design. She was patient with us, working through many iterations of the design to get to what we wanted within our budget. The whole team at dalton worked with us to create the perfect kitchen for us and we love it!

The boss is very happy! Everyone was professional. Paul Dennis couldn't have been more helpful and gave us great advice. He took the extra time to measure and come up with the best way to install. The installers were on time, worked fast and did a magnificent job on the install. They were also very kind and even helped us move a piece of furniture that wasn't a part of the install.

The carpet is nice but the installation wasn't completely like we were told. We were told that the floors would be repaired for their squeakiness. The installer told my husband that repairing the floor was extra and we didn't pay extra. They also put our furniture back in the wrong place. Overall, it was an okay experience but one that wasn't perfect.

Great Service We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Paul Deaton. He asked us questions about our wants and desires regarding our renovation project then he provided options that we didn't expect due to budget concerns. The carpet and look we got far exceeded our expectations. We will gladly share our experience with others.

Total satisfaction! All the people at Dalton Carpet One were not only professional but could not have been more accommodating with our flooring & our carpet. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to keep changing our date of installation & not once did they complain about storing it or changing their schedule. I wouldn't use anyone else!!
