Great prices, fantastic service They showed when they said they would, and worked hard the entire time. They even moved the furniture in 4 bedrooms (that I was dreading), removed/replaced 2 toilets in the bathrooms (that I was *really* dreading), and moved the washer & dryer in the laundry room. They cleaned up after themselves to the point where you couldn't tell they had been there except for the new flooring. Not only that, but they were half the price of the quote we got from Lowes (who was a pain in the neck to work with just getting a quote).. The carpet was beautiful, and so was the vinyl. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.

Parkers Carpet One came highly … Parkers Carpet One came highly recommended when I needed to find flooring for a friends new home. I stopped by and was met at the door by Josh Ridings. With his guidance we selected laminate flooring and carpeting, the selection was made easier by the samples he provided. He came to the home and made all measurements, working within my time frame. Installation was scheduled, the installers showed up promptly, asked if they could work late, and the proposed three day installation was done in a day and a half. The work is beautiful, the products go beyond what was expected. I know the home owner will enjoy it for years to come!

Excellent service, product, and instalation. I recently had a flood and needed most of my downstairs flooring replaced. I chose to do business with Carpet One due to the reputation of the Parkers. I received excellent service at the store, got a GREAT price on the new flooring, and could not have ask for better installers. I have many more floors I want redone and I will be going back to Carpet One when I am ready because I know I will not get better service or product anywhere else.

Excellent services! Everyone was great from beginning to end. my salesman, Josh Ridings, was great at helping me pick out what I wanted for my home and explaining the whole process to me. He was also great at following up with me after the install to make sure I was happy. The installers were very nice and professional and did a great job. They are a very warm, friendly family oriented company, I felt right at home. I asked for a specific type of flooring within seconds had a sample in hand along with my price point. After deciding the type of flooring I scheduled a time for measurement Carpet One came out on time just as promised. The install was on schedule and a breeze, I didn't have to wait weeks for installation!! You will always have a repeat customer with me!!
