Great ... except for one thing Great help on the front end choosing flooring. Nice selection and low pressure buying process. Install work started on time. Install went good. Crew was very hard working, friendly and prompt. Installed flooring looks great. Only issue were the stairs. Installed oak treads. Stain color was not a close to the match floors. Understood it was not going to be an exact match but was not close. Should have had us review the tread color before installing. They made good on the issue and had then re-stained. So re-staining took additional time. Result was some unclean lines. I would recommend using them and would use them again.

Excellent service, product, and instalation. I recently had a flood and needed most of my downstairs flooring replaced. I chose to do business with Carpet One due to the reputation of the Parkers. I received excellent service at the store, got a GREAT price on the new flooring, and could not have ask for better installers. I have many more floors I want redone and I will be going back to Carpet One when I am ready because I know I will not get better service or product anywhere else.

They are a very warm, friendly family oriented company, I felt right at home. I asked for a specific type of flooring within seconds had a sample in hand along with my price point. After deciding the type of flooring I scheduled a time for measurement Carpet One came out on time just as promised. The install was on schedule and a breeze, I didn't have to wait weeks for installation!! You will always have a repeat customer with me!!
