The plant was excellent but shipping… The plant was excellent but shipping was horrible. It spent almost 3 days in New Stanton PA and 4 days in Benwood WV, less than 10 minutes from my house. It arrived in Benwood WV on the Friday evening before memorial day weekend and should have been delivered the next day but wasn't. Luckily, it was still moist and didn't dry out completely. I spoke with a customer service representative by email and she was excellent. It's not your fault UPS dropped the ball on delivery.

Excellent nursery on all levels I bought three rhododendrons from them- my first order. The plants were packaged well and all three looked healthy and beautiful. I only planted one before we got almost 2 feet of snow dumped on us so I haven't planted the other two yet. I have ordered from MANY online nurseries and most send pathetic/unhealthy looking plants, tiny plants (but claim they are gallon size), their packaging is often horrible and/or their customer service is awful. Not this nursery- it is a winner in all categories and I will certainly buy from them again. I can't wait to watch my rhodies thrive in their new home!
