I canceled an almost $3000.00 order. You may not want to sell what you don't have in stock ready to be shipped it's a bad look. The only positive part was getting my money back fast. Wouldn't waste my time with your company again. Thanks for nothing

Great customer service Customer service at HealthySprout goes above and beyond. I got a call the same day to make sure that I understood the status of the product combination I ordered. With the extra information, I asked them to modify the order so I could get the ac sooner (COVID is really doing a number on supply chains). They graciously modified the order and I got it sooner than I expected. I've only got 1 of the 2 air handlers installed right now, but it works great!
