GBTried ordering a mr cool unit in late… Tried ordering a mr cool unit in late May got back ordered then back ordered again to maybe late July. Apparently you all don't have your stuff together. I canceled an almost $3000.00 order. You may not want to sell what you don't have in stock ready to be shipped it's a bad look. The only positive part was getting my money back fast. Wouldn't waste my time with your company again. Thanks for nothing

GBGreat company and customer service!… My experience with HealthySprout has been excellent. There was a little problem with the supplier and getting my item on time. So HealthySprout stuck with commitment and expedited the item for me at there loss. They take care of their customers.

GBA great customer service rep is the… A great customer service rep is the backbone of any company. That being said, Alex is a phenomenal representative of his company. I really am pleased with how knowledgeable and cooperative he has been through our phone calls together. Fantastic service. 5 stars all the way.

GBGreat customer service Customer service at HealthySprout goes above and beyond. I got a call the same day to make sure that I understood the status of the product combination I ordered. With the extra information, I asked them to modify the order so I could get the ac sooner (COVID is really doing a number on supply chains). They graciously modified the order and I got it sooner than I expected. I've only got 1 of the 2 air handlers installed right now, but it works great!
